How we started

 

There are a significant number of people who prefer to Go Eggless. The reasons may be different for each one of us - allergy, vegetarian, cultural restrictions or any others.

 

For me it started with my family, my partner, who has dietary restrictions due to which he is not able to enjoy the bakery items as most of them have eggs as the key ingredients in them. This led me to start exploring cakes which can be made without eggs and which are also completely gelatine free. Cake making is a hobby for me and a passion
